Vehicle Washer / Service Station Attendant - Service Station (Móstoles)

At Adecco, we are hiring Vehicle Washers / Attendants to join an important service station (Shell) in Madrid.

We are looking for committed people, capable of performing physical tasks and with a customer service orientation.

Main duties: Washing and maintaining vehicles - Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles.

• Using washing tools and equipment.
• Basic inspection of the condition of the washing facilities.
• Ensuring the quality of the service provided.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

Customer service and sales - Direct customer service, ensuring a quality experience.

• Promoting and selling station products and services.
• Providing information about promotions and commercial campaigns.
• Resolving basic customer queries.

Service station operations - Supplying fuel when necessary.

• Supporting with regular forecourt duties.
• Basic maintenance and control of the facilities.
• Complying with established safety procedures.

Cash register and shop - Handling cash and card payments.

• Supporting with opening and closing the cash register.
• Restocking and organizing products.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the shop.

• Experience in vehicle washing, service stations, cleaning, logistics, or other physically active roles is valued.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is valued.

Requirements - Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).

• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
• Good attitude and customer orientation.
• Ability to perform physical work on a continuous basis.

Buscamos personas comprometidas, con capacidad para realizar tareas físicas y orientación al cliente.

Funciones principalesLavado y mantenimiento de vehículos- Limpieza interior y exterior de vehículos.

• Uso de herramientas y equipos de lavado.
• Revisión básica del estado de las instalaciones de lavado.
• Garantizar la calidad del servicio prestado.
• Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de la zona de trabajo.

Atención al cliente y ventas- Atención directa al cliente garantizando una experiencia de calidad.

• Promoción y venta de productos y servicios de la estación.
• Información sobre promociones y campañas comerciales.
• Resolución de consultas básicas de clientes.

Operativa de estación de servicio- Suministro de combustible cuando sea necesario.

• Apoyo en las tareas habituales de pista.
• Control y mantenimiento básico de las instalaciones.
• Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.

Caja y tienda- Gestión de cobros en efectivo y tarjeta.

• Apoyo en apertura y cierre de caja.
• Reposición y organización de productos.
• Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza del punto de venta.

• Valorable experiencia en lavado de vehículos, estaciones de servicio, limpieza, logística u otros puestos con actividad físico/a.
• Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente y manejo de caja.

Requisitos- Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO).

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche.

• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico/a de forma continuada.
