What functions will you perform?:

PROJECT TO DEVELOP / COLLABORATE

After-Sales Marketing Customer retention.

Development and update of loyalty tools (Menu pricing)

Support Manager for Connected Services and Major Accounts.

Support Manager for Workshop Financing

Work and analysis of market studies

Monitoring CRM conversion rate

FUNCTIONS OR TASKS TO PERFORM

Incident resolution in the MP tool (dealer network and head office)

Support management of the activity with the provider

Support activities related to information in MP

Maintenance and support of the after-sales commercial strategy (rate updates, labor hours, dealer network, new projects)

Online quotation, maintenance and update of the tool

Monitoring the use of the tool by the network

• Connected Services: KPI Pairing monitoring, benchmark, market analysis, incident management
• Major Accounts: support in incident management
• My Pay: weekly monitoring, support in Network training.

Biweekly monitoring of CRM conversion rates through the MyPay tool for workshop compensation.

• Valuable English, French, or other languages (B2)
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Motivation, enthusiasm, and eagerness!!

• Compensation: €600 gross
• Duration: 6 to 11 months
• Development plan

Marketing posventa Customer retention.

Desarrollo y update de herramientas de fidelidad (Menupricing)

Soporte Responsable Servicios Conectados y Grandes Cuentas.

Soporte Responsable Financiación Taller

Trabajo y análisis de estudios de mercado

Seguimiento tasa conversión CRM

FUNCIONES O TAREAS A DESEMPEÑAR

Resolución de incidentes en la herramienta MP (red comercial y sede)

Gestion soporte de la actividad con el/la proveedor/a

Soporte actividades relacionadas con la información en MP

Mantenimiento y soporte de estrategia comercial en posventa (actualización tarifas, TH, Red comercial, nuevos proyectos)

Cotation on line, mantenimiento y update del útil

Seguimiento del uso de la herramienta por parte de la red

• Servicios Conectados: Seguimiento KPI Pairing, benchmark, análisis de mercado,gestión de incidencias
• Grandes Cuentas: soporte en gestión de incidencias
• My Pay: seguimiento semanal, soporte en formaciones Red.

Seguimiento quincenal de las tasas de conversión CRM a través de la herramienta myposventa para la remuneración a los talleres.

• Valorable nivel de inglés, francés u otros idiomas (B2)
• Usuario/a avanzado/a de Ms Office
• ¡¡Motivación, ganas e ilusión!!

• Remuneración: 600€ brutos
• Duración: De 6 a 11 meses
