Printing Assistant Operator (La Selva del Camp)

At Adecco, we are currently recruiting Printing Helpers for a leading company in plastic packaging located in La Selva del Camp.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Preparation of raw materials for the printing process: You will ensure that everything is ready for production.

- Support the printing official: Assist in the preparation and operation of printing machinery.

- Check the settings, colors, and cleaning of the machine: Ensure quality and precision in each print.

- Supervision of processes: Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the established regulations.

- Product quality control: Verify that the printed products meet quality standards before distribution.

- Temporary contract with Adecco with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.

- Having your own vehicle to get to the workplace is valued, as there is no public transportation available.

- For this position, you will work a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, on a 4-shift rotation (7-2 / 7-2 / 7-3).

- Salary: Between 16 - 18€/gross per hour.

- Good working environment and opportunity to learn in a well-established industrial setting.

- Training in the graphic arts sector will be valued.

- Experience in the plastics industry and as a printing assistant will be valued.

- Previous experience in an industrial environment.

- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

- Availability to work a 4-shift rotation.

Desde Adecco estamos seleccionando Operarios/as Ayudantes de Impresión para una empresa líder en embalajes de plástico ubicada en La Selva del Camp.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Preparación de materia prima para el proceso de impresión: Asegurarás que todo esté listo para la producción.

-Apoyo al oficial de impresión: Asistir en la preparación y operación de la maquinaria de impresión.

-Revisar los ajustes, colores y limpieza de la máquina: Asegurar la calidad y precisión en cada impresión.

- Supervisión de procesos: Garantizar que todas las actividades se realicen conforme a la normativa establecida.

- Control de calidad del producto: Verificar que los productos impresos cumplan con los estándares de calidad antes de su distribución

- Valorable disponer de vehículo propio para llegar al centro de trabajo, no hay posibilidad de llegar en transporte público.

- Para esta posición realizarás una Jornada Laboral de Lunes a Domingo en un 4to turno (7-2/7-2/7-3)

- Salario: Entre 16 - 18€/brutos hora

- Buen ambiente de trabajo y oportunidad de aprendizaje en un entorno industrial consolidado.

- Se valorará formación en el sector de artes gráficas o similares.

-Se valorará experiencia en industria del plástico y como ayudante de impresión.

- Experiencia previa en sector industrial.

-Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche).

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en 4º turno.
