About the role

An important company in the industrial and services sector is looking to hire an Auxiliary Services and Operational Support Assistant for its workplace in Huelva city center.

This is a dynamic and multipurpose position, aimed at providing support to different areas of the company and ensuring the proper functioning of daily operations.

We are looking for a practical person, with initiative and a willingness to learn, who enjoys carrying out diverse tasks and providing support for the company's day-to-day operational needs. A versatile profile, used to collaborating wherever necessary and with a proactive attitude to resolve issues and provide support to different teams.

What you'll do

Duties

Attention and support for the machinery fleet and operators.
Support in the control and monitoring of vans and auxiliary vehicles.
Collaboration in the management, storage and distribution of lifting material and consumables.
Carrying out external errands and logistical tasks.
Support to different departments in operational tasks and auxiliary services.
Transport of documentation, materials and supplies when necessary.
Collaboration in small organization, maintenance and conditioning tasks for facilities and equipment.
Resolving day-to-day operational needs, performing varied functions according to service requirements.

Nice to have

Valuable:

Driving license C.

Forklift license.

Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, maintenance or operational support positions.

What you'll get

Stable contract in a consolidated company in the sector.

Salary according to collective agreement - €17,300 gross/year

Salary reviews in accordance with the updates established in the collective agreement.

Joining a dynamic work environment with a wide variety of tasks.

How you'll work

Full-time.

Schedule from Monday to Friday, approximately from 08:00 to 17:00.

Requirements

Driving license B.

Own vehicle.

Responsible, resourceful person with the ability to adapt to different tasks.

Availability to work in Huelva city center.

What you'll do

Funciones

Atención y soporte al parque de maquinaria y a los/las operarios/as.
Apoyo en el control y seguimiento de furgonetas y vehículos auxiliares.
Colaboración en la gestión, almacenaje y distribución de material de izado y consumibles.
Realización de gestiones externas y tareas logísticas.
Apoyo a distintos departamentos en tareas operativas y servicios auxiliares.
Transporte de documentación, materiales y suministros cuando sea necesario.
Colaboración en pequeñas tareas de organización, mantenimiento y acondicionamiento de instalaciones y equipos.
Resolución de necesidades operativas del día a día, desempeñando funciones variadas según las necesidades del servicio.
