Integrated into the Energy Parks area, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling, both technically and operationally, the tasks related to the scheduling and execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the dynamic equipment of the energy park, ensuring the safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of the facilities
1. Maintenance management and planning:
· Coordinate and control the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance assigned to you (lubrication requests, vibration, start-ups, seal condition, equipment under monitoring, plant visits, etc.)
· Plan tasks based on the condition of the equipment and its criticality.
· Control the correct execution of maintenance routines.
2. Monitoring, diagnostics, and equipment reliability:
· Detect anomalies or trend changes in equipment variables, issuing a diagnosis
· Monitor equipment under surveillance (online and offline).
· Analyze process data (DCS) to assess the condition of equipment and mechanical seals.
· Review diagnostic reports (Bently Nevada, reliability engineer, comprehensive maintenance, etc.)
· Collaborate in failure analysis of instrumentation and monitoring systems
· Issue alerts for deficiencies detected in oil analysis, as well as request samples from the Laboratory when there is evidence of problems
· Conduct a weekly inspection route with the mechanical seal supplier to monitor the evolution of those under surveillance and update their status, informing Production. Report weekly incidents from shift handover reports for better diagnosis
3. Management of alerts and digital tools:
· Create and manage SAP alerts derived from predictive activities, as well as update them with technical comments according to the diagnoses made or received. Inform Production of possible changes.
· Manage and update open cases in the computer platform for tracking breakdowns
· Attach and maintain technical documentation (reports, diagnostics, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas companies, or the petrochemical industry
Knowledge and experience in the Operation and Maintenance of the equipment under your responsibility
Languages: Intermediate English (B1)
