What will your role be?

As part of the Energy Parks area, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling, both technically and operationally, the tasks related to the programming, execution, and monitoring of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the dynamic equipment in the energy park, ensuring the safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of the facilities

What you'll do

1. Maintenance management and planning:

· Coordinate and control the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance assigned (greasing requests, vibration, commissioning, seal status, equipment under monitoring, plant visits, etc.)

· Plan tasks based on the status of the equipment and its criticality.

· Control the correct execution of maintenance ranges.

2. Equipment monitoring, diagnosis, and reliability:

· Detect anomalies or trend changes in equipment variables and issue a diagnosis

· Monitor equipment (online and offline).

· Analyze process data (DCS) to evaluate the status of equipment and mechanical closures.

· Review diagnostic reports (Bently Nevada, reliability engineer, comprehensive maintenance, etc.)

· Collaborate in the analysis of instrumentation and monitoring system failures

· Issue warnings for deficiencies detected in oil analytics, as well as request samples to the Laboratory when there is evidence of problems

· Perform a weekly route of visits with the mechanical seal supplier to see the evolution of those under monitoring and update their status, informing Production. Send weekly incident reports of spare parts for better diagnosis

3. Warning management and digital tools:

· Create and manage SAP warnings derived from predictive activities, as well as update them with technical comments according to the diagnoses made or received. Inform Production of possible changes.

· Manage and update open cases on the computer platform for tracking failures

· Attach and maintain technical documentation (reports, diagnoses, etc.)

What we're looking for

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, valuable Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical specialization, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas companies, or petrochemical industry

  • Knowledge and experience in Operation and Maintenance of the equipment under their responsibility

  • Languages: Intermediate English (B1)
