About the role

From Adecco, we are selecting an Organization & Recruiter Administrative to join an important company in the industrial sector located in the El Pino Industrial Estate (Seville).

We are looking for an organized, dynamic person with an eye for detail who wants to be part of the Talent Acquisition & Organization area, participating both in the administrative management of the company's organizational structure and in the processes of attracting, selecting, and following up on junior talent.

What you'll do

What will your mission be? Ensuring the correct updating and management of the company's organizational information, contributing to the effective attraction, selection, and follow-up of junior talent, ensuring agile, structured processes aligned with business needs.

Your main functions Organization and Corporate Administration - Updating and organizing corporate organizational charts.

  • Monitoring and understanding the company's organizational structure.
  • Managing and updating Master Data (MD) in corporate systems.
  • Controlling and monitoring organizational changes.

Talent Acquisition and Intern Management - Administrative management of internship programs (enrollment, follow-up, and completion).

  • Individual follow-up of interns during their time at the company.
  • Coordinating evaluation meetings and processes for converting interns to permanent staff.
  • Actively searching for candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates.
  • Conducting phone interviews and initial contact with candidates, including calls in English.

Corporate Tools - Continuous use of Workday and other internal databases.

  • Updating and maintaining information related to employees and candidates.

What we're looking for

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment consulting, temporary employment agencies, or HR departments is highly valued.

Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in administrative functions related to corporate organization is valued.

Good command of digital tools and candidate management platforms.

Experience with Workday or other ATS is valued.

Education & certifications

Vocational training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration, or similar.

Additional training in Human Resources is valued.

Languages

English level B2 (Cambridge or equivalent) or higher.

Ability to conduct professional phone conversations in English.

What you'll get

Office hours: Monday to Thursday with a split shift and Friday with a continuous morning shift.
