About the role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Company's Head of People, you will be the person providing support in the operational coordination of the HR, HR planning, and Talent & People departments, collaborating in the implementation of policies, processes, and projects aligned with Azul's strategic needs. The tasks related to the position include, among others:

  • Support in preparing and following up on meetings with our Legal Representatives of Workers.
  • Preparation of executive reports, data analysis, and reports for the Company's Management.
  • Collaboration in internal labor law advisory, ensuring compliance with current Labor Legislation in all processes.
  • Support in supervising organizational compliance with labor regulations, rules, and relevant practices, keeping the department's manuals and policies up to date.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and coordination of People initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing people management processes.
  • Collaboration with the legal department and Management in conciliation, mediation, and defense of labor disputes, in accordance with the Company's criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR/LOPD and relevant data protection legislation in all departments.

Requirements

  •  Very high level of English.
  • Demonstrable experience in a position of responsibility managing teams of people within the HR environment.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Labor Relations.
  • Knowledge of the Handling sector.
  • Experience in dealing and negotiating with the social side.
  • Agility in data extraction and analysis (high level of Excel and PowerBI), preparation of reports and company 
    policies.
  • High tolerance for stress, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting established deadlines.
  • Ability to make decisions in an environment of continuous change.
  • Commitment, proactivity, and the ability to drive people toward achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
