The role

Azul Handling is expanding its Human Resources team and is looking for HR Generalist profiles for its Head Offices. The main functions of this position will include, among others, the following:

Preparation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, templates, and forms.
Acting as a contact for our internal and external stakeholders, and responding to inquiries from managers and employees regarding human resources matters.
Development and the use/maintenance of our information systems.
Preparation of reports and headcount analysis.
Management of disciplinary actions.
Management of the Employee Portal and other internal Company systems.
Carrying out administrative tasks related to communication with employees and stakeholders (email management, drafting letters, sending burofax, updating databases, monitoring time records, analysis and response to leaves of absence and working day adaptations, etc.)
Actively participating in any other tasks carried out by the department.

It is important that you know that Onboarding processes, recruitment, training, or people development are not part of the tasks of this role. You will be part of a team, where you will ensure that the workflow functions successfully and ultimately our passengers have a pleasant experience traveling with any of the Ryanair Group airlines - Always, on each and every one of their flights!

Requirements

Completed studies in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Law
Demonstrable proficiency with Excel and Word (ability to create presentations, extract massive amounts of data, and manage Excel tables)
Knowledge of current Spanish Legislation
Having previous experience in a central human resources department within the aviation sector will be a plus
Commitment, proactivity, and a strong willingness to work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (experience in drafting communications)
Excellent organizational capacity
Discretion and accustomed to working with confidential information
Being knowledgeable of and putting into practice the company's Cultural Identity, The Azul Way!
