About the role

Azul Handling is expanding its Human Resources team and is looking for profiles as HR Generalist at its Central Offices. The main responsibilities of this position will include, among others, the following:

  • Performance of administrative tasks related to communication with employees and stakeholders (email management, drafting letters, sending certified mail, updating databases, managing time records, and responding to and handling leave requests and work schedule adjustments, etc.).
  • Actively participating in any other task carried out by the department.

  • Previous experience in a central human resources department in the aviation sector will be a plus.
  • Commitment, proactivity, and a strong willingness to work.
