What you'll get

- Stable contract.

- 39h workday.

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating. One day off: One week from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Another week from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Salary: 22,000 eur gross/year + commission.

Location: Corner in different El Corte Inglés stores.

The role

Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you have experience selling luxury section brands? Are you an ambitious person, full of energy and the desire to stand out?

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for representing a renowned brand at the point of sale, being responsible for:

Advising each customer and sharing deep knowledge of treatment products, makeup, and their application techniques.

Performing personalized beauty services and maximizing consultation inquiries.

Creating new relationships with customers, building loyalty, and following the brand's CRM procedures.

Connecting the different categories of perfume, makeup, and treatment to offer a complete experience.

Applying sales techniques and service protocols to contribute to the established objectives and other indicators.

Supporting the daily operations and activities of the point of sale, including inventory management.

Maintaining quality and merchandising, ensuring an impeccable brand image.

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and claims with professionalism and a service orientation.

Sales of luxury section brands: Lancome, Saint Laurent, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Bioderm, Kleehs, etc.
