At Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Pavement Laying Machine Operator to join an important company in the Road Maintenance sector in Madrid, due to the growth of its laying team.
What will your mission be?
You will be part of the team in charge of pavement laying works, ensuring correct planimetry, leveling, and execution of the works on-site. You will work in direct coordination with the site supervisor to guarantee the quality and precision of the works performed.
Main duties
- Perform adjustment tasks in pavement laying works.
- Coordinate the correct planimetry of the works together with the supervisor.
- Guarantee the adequate leveling of the pavement during execution.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a machine operator or in similar positions related to pavement laying and paving.
- Experience in road maintenance and asphalt works is valued.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Availability to work night shifts when the activity requires it.
