What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the service at points of sale, supporting and developing the team to achieve set goals.

Your main responsibilities

  • Supervise activity at the point of sale, ensuring proper image, visibility, and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate service start-ups and monitor sales performance.
  • Train and support promoters in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain direct relationships with department heads and store managers.
