What you'll do

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the service at points of sale, supporting and developing the team to achieve set goals.

Your main responsibilities

  • Supervise activity at the point of sale, ensuring proper image, visibility, and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate service start-ups and monitor sales performance.
  • Train and support promoters in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain direct relationships with department heads and store managers.
  • Conduct mystery shopping and follow up on new hires.
  • Oversee clock-ins and confirm attendance, especially on weekends.
  • Manage incidents in coordination with the Recruitment and Operations departments.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on completed visits.
