About the role

At Adecco, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Technician for a company located in Canillejas

What you'll do

Main duties

- Posting job offers

- Resume screening

- In-person interviews

-Preparation of reports

- Onboarding of new employees

- Staff contracting (hiring, registrations, contracts)

- Staff monitoring and resolving issues (medical leaves, shifts, paid time off)

- Reporting

What we're looking for

- Recent experience of at least 6 months in similar duties

- Experience at a temporary employment agency (ETT) or similar is highly valued

- Immediate availability to start

What you'll get

- Contract: 6 months + permanent

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
