About the role

Important technical services company, in growth, seeks to incorporate an HVAC Technician who will also coordinate the maintenance team, with the aim of strengthening the operational coordination of maintenance services and technical assistance.

We are looking for a technical-operational profile, with real experience in service coordination (SAT, maintenance, installations, HVAC or facilities), capable of organizing, prioritizing and monitoring the daily activity of field technicians, ensuring the correct development and completion of work.

What you'll do

Main functions- Daily planning and coordination of technicians in the assigned area.

  • Management of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Coordination of emergencies and rescheduling of work.
  • Prioritization of interventions according to criticality, client and deadlines.
  • Review and validation of work orders.
  • Control of pending work, open orders and closures.
  • Management of corrective budgets and follow-up until execution.
  • Coordination with purchasing, administration, suppliers, H&S and engineering.
