Collection and delivery of production

Loading carts/bins/sacks/etc. of clean laundry onto the vehicle.

Transporting the laundry to its destination.

Unloading the laundry at the customer's facilities.

Loading/unloading the laundry into carts/bins/sacks/etc. and these onto the vehicle at the customer's facilities and/or the work center.

Delivering the delivery notes to the customer and returning them signed to the work center.

Checking maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle.

Checking the carts, their condition and quantity per customer/delivery note/pickup and delivery.

Weighing the dirty laundry at the customer's premises (when required) and at the plant (always), indicating in the shipping control system which customer it corresponds to, and following the specific usage instructions.

Reading the clean laundry output at the plant using the shipping control system, verifying that what is stated on the delivery note/pickup order is what is being loaded and must be delivered to the customer.

Submitting a daily report of vehicle incidents.

Compliance with quality standards and environmental management

Cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle according to the procedure in force.

Driving efficiently. Basic vehicle maintenance, checking fluid levels and general condition. Choosing the most cost-effective route for deliveries, following the instructions of the transport manager.

Compliance with quality standards, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (PRL)

Among others indicated in the company's Prevention Plan:

Ensuring safety in the workplace and that of shift colleagues. -

Recogida y entrega de producción

Carga de los carros/cajas/sacas/etc. de ropa limpia en el vehículo.

Transportar la ropa a su destino.

Descarga la ropa en las instalaciones del cliente/a.

Carga/Descarga la ropa en carros/cajas/sacas/etc. y éstos en el vehículo en las instalaciones del cliente/a y/o centro de trabajo.

Entrega de los albaranes al cliente/a y los devuelve firmados al centro de trabajo.

Revisión mantenimiento y limpieza del vehículo.

Controlar los carros, su estado y cantidad por cliente/albarán/entrega y recogida.

Pesar la ropa sucia en el/la cliente/a (que se requiera) y en la planta (siempre) indicando en el sistema Control de Expedición el cliente/a al cual corresponde, y siguiendo las instrucciones específicas de uso.

Leer la salida de la ropa limpia en la planta con el sistema Control de Expedición, verificando que lo indicado en el albarán/orden de carga es lo que está cargando y debe entregar en el cliente/a.

Calidad y atención al cliente/a

Cuidado de la imagen corporativa de la compañía.

Informe diario de incidencias de los vehículos.

Cumplimiento de normas de calidad y gestión medioambiental

Limpieza y desinfección del vehículo según procedimiento en vigor.

Conducir de forma eficiente. Mantenimiento básico del vehículo, sus niveles y estado general. Elegir la ruta más económica para realizar los repartos, siguiendo las indicaciones de su jefe/a de transportes.

Cumplimiento de normas de calidad, gestión medioambiental y PRL

Entre otros indicados en el Plan de Prevención de la empresa:
