Salary of €28,000 - €30,000 gross per year, negotiable depending on experience, knowledge, and the level of autonomy provided.

Usual working hours from Monday to Thursday, with a split shift, and Friday with early departure.

Continuous working day in summer, August, and September.

Some flexibility in working hours to adjust arrival, departure, and lunch time.

Support during onboarding and progressive transfer of the portfolio.

Direct contact with the partners and active participation in the firm's development.

At Adecco Selección we are looking to bring an Accounting and Tax Advisor into a consolidated advisory firm in Salamanca, made up of a close-knit and experienced team.

The position arises as a result of business growth and offers a stable professional project, with progressive autonomy and real opportunities for development within the firm.

You will be responsible for the comprehensive accounting and tax management of a diverse portfolio, made up of self-employed professionals, SMEs, and companies from different sectors.

After an initial onboarding period, you will progressively take on direct relationships with your clients and the full management of their accounting and tax obligations.

Your main responsibilities will be

- Manage the full accounting of the assigned portfolio.

- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and accounting closures.

- Prepare monthly and annual closings.

- Prepare and file periodic taxes.

- Manage VAT, Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and Corporate Tax.

- Participate in the tax planning of clients.

- Prepare accounting and financial information for closing meetings.

- Handle inquiries and offer accounting and tax advisory services.

- Manage tax requirements, appeals, and inspections.

- Prepare economic and financial reports.

To be a good fit for the position, you will need to provide:

Education related to Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Law, or similar qualifications.

Demonstrable experience in accounting and taxation, preferably gained in an advisory firm or professional practice.

Ability to handle the full accounting cycle.

Solid knowledge of tax filing and submission.

Technical autonomy or the ability to achieve it after the initial onboarding period.

Ability to organise a client portfolio and manage priorities.

Client focus, rigour, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Commitment, dedication, and a desire to build a long-term professional project.

Additional training in tax matters will be positively valued.
