What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for ensuring compliance with prevention regulations across various construction projects, providing a rigorous, operational approach focused on continuous improvement. You will work in direct contact with Management, Health and Safety Coordinators, subcontractors, and External Prevention Services.

Main duties and responsibilities

What you'll do

- Identification and evaluation of risks on construction sites.

- Preparation and review of Health and Safety Plans.

- Drafting and updating of work procedures.

- Document management for both own staff and subcontractors, as well as management of platforms (Sipe, CTAIMA, Metacontratas).

- Monitoring of mandatory training for both own staff and external personnel.

- Conducting periodic on-site inspections and preparing reports.

- Regular coordination with subcontractors, the External Prevention Service (SPA), and Health and Safety Coordinators.

- Participation in internal and external audits, as well as collaboration in the implementation of quality systems.

- Reporting to Management using KPIs.

- Simultaneous management of several active projects.
