WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES ASSOCIATES FOR OUR STORE IN FO SAGUNTO!
What you'll do
- To offer exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and applying the adidas service model.
- To contribute to meeting and exceeding store KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- To maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- To ensure product availability through replenishment and support in Visual Merchandising implementations.
- To execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with Profit Protection procedures.
- To comply with Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and the team.
- To actively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- To complete mandatory training and apply learning in day-to-day tasks.
- To support stockroom tasks and occasionally participate in special activities such as layout changes or inventories.
PURPOSE
To inspire and accompany the consumer in their shopping experience, driving sales and representing the brand values in every interaction.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in sport, fashion, and adidas culture.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive, flexible attitude oriented toward continuous learning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in Retail, preferably in fashion or customer-oriented sport.
- Desirable basic knowledge of sports products and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
