Requirements
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of previous experience as a sales assistant in a store within the luxury or semi-luxury fashion sector.
Requirements:
- High level of English
- Accustomed to working with KPIs (UTM, TM, CV).
- A taste for fashion.
- High orientation towards the achievement of objectives.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring; training in design, pattern making, or fabrics will be very positively valued.

The role
We are looking to hire 1 sales assistant for 25H on a permanent basis at our point of sale in ECI Castellana.
What you'll do
The functions they will carry out are the following:
· Attend to and advise customers, satisfying their needs and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience.
· Make the product known to customers, including style, accessories, trends, and combinations.
· Maintain control of store stock in order to ensure its availability in terms of time and quantity.
· Perform tasks specific to in-store product management: tagging, folding, ironing, etc.
· Ensure a correct store image at all times, following the company's internal regulations.
· Comply with the achievement of set objectives.
