The role

We are looking to hire a Senior Interior Designer with demonstrable experience in workplace and/or hospitality projects, with a strong orientation towards design, creativity, conceptualization, and client relations.

What you'll do

  • Lead the creative and design direction of interior projects.
  • Transform client objectives and needs into solid and coherent narratives, concepts, and spatial experiences.
  • Develop and explore different creative directions through sketches, moodboards, collages, diagrams, 3D models, and visualizations.
  • Define the look & feel, materiality, color, lighting, furniture, FF&E, and general design language.
  • Provide a unique creative vision, with special attention to composition, proportion, atmosphere, materiality, and user experience.
  • Prepare and lead design presentations to clients, communicating and defending proposals in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and coordinate the design team and collaborating disciplines.
  • Ensure the coherence of the design vision throughout the project.
