In this context, the position of Caregiver is being called for at the Residence located in TORRELAGUNA (Madrid) on the MORNING SHIFT.
The mission of the position will be to maintain and help the user achieve personal/occupational autonomy, maintenance of manipulative and daily living skills, as well as to participate directly in the application, monitoring, and evaluation of the care and recovery measures programmed for the users.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Anticipate, recognize, and attend to the needs of the users.
• Ensure compliance with the self-care protocol (manipulative and daily living skills).
• Instill habits of order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the users.
• Teach how to handle the various materials and tools in the workshop.
• Participate actively in conflict resolution. Help the user. Direct care.
• Ensure the safety of the users (that they do not harm themselves).
• Promote and encourage social relationships between users and with other people.
• Control that users comply with daily activity schedules.
• Supervise the achievement of objectives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Education: Nursing Assistant or the Certificate of Professionalism in Socio-Health Care.
• Food Handler's Certificate (VALUABLE).
• First aid course (VALUABLE).
• At least 1 year of experience in similar functions.

• Positive and constructive attitude.
