Requirements

What we're looking for

  • We are looking for enthusiastic people, with energy and passion, to join our team as reinforcement during the Christmas campaign. If you enjoy customer service and want to be part of a time of year full of magic, we want to meet you!
  • Proactive attitude and people skills.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends).
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure on high-traffic days.
  • Experience in handling cash registers and performing payment transactions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service will be valued.

The role

Do you want to experience the magic of Christmas working in one of the city's most cozy bookstores? We are looking for you! We need staff to reinforce our team during the Christmas campaign, starting in mid-November.

What you'll do

  • Customer service.
  • Organization and restocking of stock in store.
  • Checkout and handling of payment terminals.
  • Maintaining the order and good image of the bookstore.
