• AMT Assistant · Blank B1.1 license or CAT A: €29,352 gross/year
• AMT F · First type rating: €45,909 gross/year
• AMT E · 4 years certifying: €48,462 gross/year
• AMT D · 8 years certifying: €50,281 gross/year
• AMT C · 12 years certifying: €51,960 gross/year
• Progression up to AMT A: €59,443 gross/year, and the possibility of continuing to evolve to Inspector.

In addition, you can add around €5,000 net/year in additional variables as a reference, an amount that may be higher depending on the activity performed for concepts such as shifts, night work, holidays, or AOG interventions.

- A schedule that lets you organize yourself: 12-hour shifts, 4 days ON / 4 days OFF, with your planning known 3 to 6 months in advance. You can also swap shifts with colleagues if you need to.

- Clear professional progression: you will have a defined path from Assistant to Inspector, based on your experience and evolution.

- A team that is with you when things get complicated: in the event of a complex fault, you will have highly experienced colleagues by your side ready to help you.

- You will not only do transits: every day will be a different challenge: you will face different faults and tasks, from troubleshooting, borescopes, and inspections to engine and component changes, CR1, CAC, or fault isolation, developing your technical judgment and your logbook every day.

- Training toward new ratings and skills: you will access technical training in borescopes, engines, structures, and also new type ratings on aircraft such as Boeing 737, 787, or Airbus A350.

In your day-to-day

- You will participate in and certify work on latest-generation Boeing and Airbus aircraft, building highly valuable technical experience.

- You will diagnose issues and solve different technical challenges, contributing directly to the safety and availability of the fleet.

- You will carry out tasks such as borescopes, transits, scheduled inspections, engine and component changes, fault isolation, and other technical interventions.

What will make you successful in this position

1. Your blank B1.1 license, or your type rating: your training and experience will determine your entry point, and from there, you can continue to develop and access new ratings.
2. Functional technical English: technical English will allow you to work with manuals, manufacturer documentation, and aeronautical procedures with greater safety and autonomy.
3. Ease with digital tools: you will use a tablet to consult technical documentation, record tasks, and sign off interventions.

Con nosotros desarrollarás una carrera técnica de largo recorrido en la Base de Madrid, trabajando con aeronaves Boeing y Airbus de última generación, enfrentándote a retos técnicos diferentes cada día.

¿Qué encontrarás en Air Europa?

- Tu experiencia tendrá un reconocimiento económico concreto con nuestras nuevas condiciones 2026:

• Ayudante de TMA · Licencia B1.1 en blanco o CAT A: 29.352 € brutos/año
• TMA F · Primera habilitación de tipo: 45.909 € brutos/año
• TMA E · 4 años certificando: 48.462 € brutos/año
• TMA D · 8 años certificando: 50.281 € brutos/año
• TMA C · 12 años certificando: 51.960 € brutos/año
• Progresión hasta TMA A: 59.443 € brutos/año, y posibilidad de continuar evolucionando hasta Inspector/a.

Además, podrás sumar en torno a 5.000 € netos/año en variables adicionales como referencia, una cantidad que puede ser superior según la actividad realizada por conceptos como turnos, nocturnidad, festivos o intervenciones AOG.

- Un horario que te permite organizarte: turnos de 12 horas, 4 días ON / 4 días OFF, con tu planificación conocida con 3 a 6 meses de antelación. Además, podrás intercambiar turnos con compañeros si lo necesitas.

- Progresión profesional clara: tendrás un camino definido desde Ayudante hasta Inspector, en función de tu experiencia y evolución.

- Un equipo que está contigo cuando las cosas se complican: ante una avería compleja, tendrás a tu lado compañeros con mucha experiencia dispuestos a ayudarte.

- No solo harás tránsitos: cada día será un reto diferente: te enfrentarás a averías y tareas diferentes, desde troubleshooting, boroscopías e inspecciones hasta cambios de motor y componentes, CR1, CAC o fault isolation, desarrollando cada día tu criterio técnico y tu logbook.

- Formación hacia nuevas habilitaciones y skills: accederás a formación técnica en boroscopias, motores, estructuras, y además de nuevas habilitaciones de tipo en aeronaves como Boeing 737, 787 o Airbus A350.

- Estabilidad los 12 meses del año: tendrás continuidad durante todo el año, sin depender de proyectos temporales ni rotaciones inciertas, para que puedas planificar tu carrera y tu vida a largo plazo.

En tu día a día

- Participarás y certificarás trabajos en aeronaves Boeing y Airbus de última generación, construyendo una experiencia técnica de gran valor.

- Diagnosticarás incidencias y resolverás retos técnicos diferentes, contribuyendo directamente a la seguridad y disponibilidad de la flota.

- Realizarás trabajos como boroscopías, tránsitos, inspecciones programadas, cambios de motor y componentes, fault isolation y otras intervenciones técnicas.

Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición

1. Tu licencia B1.1 en blanco, o tu habilitación de tipo: tu formación y experiencia determinarán tu punto de entrada y, desde ahí, podrás seguir desarrollándote y accediendo a nuevas habilitaciones.
2. Inglés técnico funcional: el inglés técnico te permitirá trabajar con manuales, documentación de fabricante y procedimientos aeronáuticos con mayor seguridad y autonomía.
3. Facilidad utilizando herramientas digitales: utilizarás una tablet para consultar documentación técnica, registrar tareas y firmar intervenciones.
