Mobility & Digital Solutions Lead

From the Maintenance Management department at Air Europa, we are looking for a profile capable of structuring and professionalizing the use of technology in the day-to-day maintenance of our fleet. Someone who understands the real needs of line and hangar teams, and who is able to bring order to the ecosystem of mobile devices, laptops, and digital tools. This involves defining management models, support, inventory, security, and vendor relationships, ensuring that technology works reliably, in a controlled manner, and aligned with operations.

But this role goes beyond management: we are looking for someone to lead the evolution of the digital work environment in maintenance. A person capable of defining the strategy and bringing new technologies into operations, exploring how different devices, applications, and digital solutions can improve the way our technicians work.

The goal is clear: put the right technology in the hands of the worker, in a practical and effective way, to improve productivity, communication, and access to information, generating real impact on operations.

In your day-to-day

1. You will lead the evolution of the mobility ecosystem and the functional governance of the MDM environment and operational devices.
2. You will define and execute the strategic mobility roadmap, driving new digital solutions that improve technical processes.
3. You will coordinate vendors, IT, and operational areas to ensure secure integration, service continuity, and continuous improvement.

En tu día a día

1. Liderarás la evolución del ecosistema de movilidad y el gobierno funcional del entorno MDM y dispositivos operativos.
2. Definirás y ejecutarás el roadmap estratégico de movilidad, impulsando nuevas soluciones digitales que mejoren procesos técnicos.
3. Coordinarás proveedores, IT y áreas operativas para garantizar integración segura, continuidad del servicio y mejora continua.
