Crew Training Technician - Aviation Sector

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Crew Training Technician - Aviation Sector, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing the organization of the mandatory training our crew receives. Your main duties will be:

• Designing the course schedule to be delivered throughout the year.
• Scheduling crew members for the courses that correspond to them.
• Updating crew training data in real time.
• Collecting, receiving, and controlling all documentation required for the courses.

• Experience in administrative duties, preferably in airline operations.
• Advanced level of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or similar systems is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

CONDITIONS

• Substitution contract to cover a long-term leave of absence.
• Full-time morning schedule with flexible working hours.
• Work location at our headquarters in Llucmajor, Mallorca.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Como Técnico/a de Formación de Tripulaciones - Sector Aeronáutico , desempeñarás un papel fundamental en agilizar y optimizar la organización de la instrucción obligatoria que recibe nuestra tripulación. Tus principales funciones, serán:

• El diseño del calendario de cursos que deben impartirse a lo largo del año.
• La convocatoria a los tripulantes a los cursos que les correspondan.
• La actualización en tiempo real de los datos de formación de las tripulaciones.
• La recopilación, recepción y control de toda la documentación requerida para los cursos.

• Experiencia en funciones administrativas, preferentemente en operativa de compañía área.
• Nivel alto de Word y Excel. Valorable conocimientos en Power BI o sistemas similares.
• Nivel medio/alto de inglés.

• Contrato de sustitución para la cobertura de una baja de larga duración.
