Planning Manager

The mission of this position will be integrated within the supply chain area and will be to lead strategic planning decisions, separating decision-making from daily execution, while remaining perfectly coordinated with operations.

It will be a key figure to guarantee the optimal supply of the company, basing high-impact decision-making on specialized professional tools.

Among the detailed functions will be:

• Define and execute the national procurement strategy for assets (CAPEX), consumables (Hardgoods), and palletized transportation.

• Manage and maintain the demand planning model using our Demand Planning Tool (DPT) to provide coverage for more than 300 warehouses.

• Analyze consumption trends and seasonality in depth to anticipate demand peaks and make the necessary adjustments to the SKU database.

• Establish, parameterize, and optimize safety stock levels and reorder points for each reference and network center.

• Coordinate purchasing needs actively with suppliers, in collaboration with those responsible for Supply Chain and Procurement.

• Carry out continuous analysis of consumption per technical warehouse and define precise replenishment plans.

• Act as a liaison and coordinate with those responsible for production platforms and reconditioning spaces (C&D rooms/workshops) for the correct execution of replenishments.

• Monitor exhaustively and report any budget deviation in the use of assets and consumables.

• Manage and coordinate with transport providers the characteristics and requirements of the services rendered.

• Ensure the correct maintenance and updating of the SKU database, guaranteeing the comprehensive traceability of the master material data in the system.

Performance in this role will be measured through metrics directly linked to supply chain efficiency:

• Asset and Cost Performance: Equipment utilization rate, cost of consumables per patient (€ pac / hgoods), and transportation cost per patient (€ pac / tte).

• Inventory Management: Percentage of stockouts and average time of immobilized assets.

• Logistics: Transportation incident rate.

Additionally, it will be essential for the person to fulfill the following functions:

• Collaborate in compliance with the Integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety System.
• Comply with quality, IMS, IT (information security) standards and policies, and follow good practices in security matters

The candidate who fits this position must meet the following requirements:

• University studies

• At least 3-5 years of experience performing functions similar to those described, in addition to proven experience in managing demand planning systems (Demand Planning Tools - DPT) and understanding warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).

• Highly specialized profile, with solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes and a clear orientation towards analytical planning.

• Advanced analytical skills to handle large volumes of data and interpret statistical models or forecasting algorithms.

• Excellent interdepartmental coordination skills to align objectives with Supply Chain operators, logistics managers, transportation, and regional directors.

• Languages: intermediate-advanced English

La misión de esta posicion estará integrada dentro de area de Supply chain y será la de liderar las decisiones de planificación estratégica, separando la toma de decisiones de la ejecución diaria, pero manteniéndose perfectamente coordinado con la operativa.

Será una figura clave para garantizar el suministro óptimo de la compañía, basando la toma de decisiones de alto impacto en herramientas profesionales especializadas.

Entre las funciones detalladas estarán:

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia nacional de aprovisionamiento de activos (CAPEX), consumibles (Hardgoods) y transporte de paletería.

• Gestionar y mantener el modelo de planificación de la demanda mediante nuestra herramienta Demand Planning Tool (DPT) para dar cobertura a más de 300 almacenes.

• Analizar en profundidad las tendencias de consumo y estacionalidad para anticipar picos de demanda y realizar los ajustes necesarios en la base de datos de SKUs.

• Establecer, parametrizar y optimizar los niveles de stock de seguridad y los puntos de pedido para cada referencia y centro de la red.

• Coordinar activamente las necesidades de compra con los proveedores, en colaboración con los responsables de Supply Chain y Compras.

• Llevar a cabo el análisis continuo de los consumos por almacén técnico y definir los planes de reaprovisionamiento precisos.

• Actuar como nexo y coordinar con los responsables de las plataformas de producción y espacios de reacondicionamiento (salas de C&D/talleres) para la correcta ejecución de los reaprovisionamientos.

• Monitorizar de manera exhaustiva y reportar cualquier desviación presupuestaria en la utilización de activos y consumibles.

• Gestionar y coordinar con los proveedores de transporte las características y requisitos de los servicios prestados.

• Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento y actualización de la BBDD de SKUs, garantizando la trazabilidad integral del dato maestro de materiales en el sistema.

El desempeño en este rol se medirá a través de métricas directamente ligadas a la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro:

• Rendimiento de Activos y Costes: Tasa de uso de los equipos, coste de consumibles por paciente (€ pac / hgoods) y coste de transporte por paciente (€ pac / tte).

• Gestión de Inventarios: Porcentaje de roturas de stock y promedio de tiempo de los activos inmovilizados.

• Logística: Tasa de incidencias de transporte.

Además de las mencionadas será fundamental que la persona cumpla con las funciones de:

• Colaborar en el cumplimiento del Sistema Integrado de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad.
• Cumplir las normas y políticas de calidad, IMS, IT (seguridad en la información) y seguir las buenas prácticas en materia de seguridad

El candidato/a que encaje con esta posición deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Estudios universitarios

• Experiencia de, al menos, 3-5 años desempeñando funciones similares a las descritas ademas de experiencia probada en la gestión de sistemas de planificación de la demanda (Demand Planning Tools - DPT) y entendimiento de sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS/SGA).

• Perfil altamente especializado, con sólido conocimiento en procesos de Supply Chain y clara orientación hacia la planificación analítica.

• Capacidad analítica avanzada para manejar altos volúmenes de datos e interpretar modelos estadísticos o algoritmos de previsión.

• Excelentes habilidades de coordinación interdepartamental para alinear objetivos con operarios de Supply Chain, responsables logísticos, transporte y direcciones regionales.

• Idiomas: inglés medio- alto demostrable
