What you'll do
The mission of this position will be integrated within the supply chain area and will be to lead strategic planning decisions, separating decision-making from daily execution, while remaining perfectly coordinated with operations.
It will be a key figure to guarantee the optimal supply of the company, basing high-impact decision-making on specialized professional tools.

Define and execute the national procurement strategy for assets (CAPEX), consumables (Hardgoods), and palletized transportation.

Carry out continuous analysis of consumption per technical warehouse and define precise replenishment plans.
Act as a liaison and coordinate with those responsible for production platforms and reconditioning spaces (C&D rooms/workshops) for the correct execution of replenishments.
Monitor exhaustively and report any budget deviation in the use of assets and consumables.
Manage and coordinate with transport providers the characteristics and requirements of the services rendered.
Ensure the correct maintenance and updating of the SKU database, guaranteeing the comprehensive traceability of the master material data in the system.

Logistics: Transportation incident rate.

University studies
At least 3-5 years of experience performing functions similar to those described, in addition to proven experience in managing demand planning systems (Demand Planning Tools - DPT) and understanding warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).

Será una figura clave para garantizar el suministro óptimo de la compañía, basando la toma de decisiones de alto impacto en herramientas profesionales especializadas.
Entre las funciones detalladas estarán:
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia nacional de aprovisionamiento de activos (CAPEX), consumibles (Hardgoods) y transporte de paletería.
Gestionar y mantener el modelo de planificación de la demanda mediante nuestra herramienta Demand Planning Tool (DPT) para dar cobertura a más de 300 almacenes.
Analizar en profundidad las tendencias de consumo y estacionalidad para anticipar picos de demanda y realizar los ajustes necesarios en la base de datos de SKUs.

Monitorizar de manera exhaustiva y reportar cualquier desviación presupuestaria en la utilización de activos y consumibles.
Gestionar y coordinar con los proveedores de transporte las características y requisitos de los servicios prestados.
Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento y actualización de la BBDD de SKUs, garantizando la trazabilidad integral del dato maestro de materiales en el sistema.
