The mission of this position will be integrated within the supply chain area and will be to lead strategic planning decisions, separating decision-making from daily execution, while remaining perfectly coordinated with operations.

It will be a key figure to guarantee the optimal supply of the company, basing high-impact decision-making on specialized professional tools.

We are looking for an analytical professional to be the engine of our planning, procurement, and demand management, co-leading the transition towards an efficient operating model. If you have experience in dynamic environments and master demand management, we want to meet you!What will your responsibilities be?

Planning and Strategy:

• National strategy: Define and execute the procurement of assets (CAPEX), consumables (Hardgoods), and pallet transport.
• Demand management: Maintain and optimize the planning model (DPT) to provide coverage for more than 300 warehouses.
• Stock optimization: Analyze consumption trends and seasonality to anticipate needs, adjust references (SKUs), and define safety stock levels.
• S&OP: Actively participate in sales, operations, and asset management planning.
• Purchasing coordination: Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to manage needs with suppliers.
• Replenishment flows: Analyze consumption by warehouse and coordinate logistics with production platforms and refurbishment workshops.
• Master data and transport: Guarantee the traceability of the material master (SKUs) in the system and supervise national transport requirements.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with quality, environmental (IMS), and information security (IT) regulations.

The candidate who fits this position must meet the following requirements:

• University studies

• At least 3-5 years of experience performing functions similar to those described, in addition to proven experience in managing demand planning systems (Demand Planning Tools - DPT) and understanding warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).

• Highly specialized profile, with solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes and a clear orientation towards analytical planning.

• Advanced analytical skills to handle large volumes of data and interpret statistical models or forecasting algorithms.

• Excellent interdepartmental coordination skills to align objectives with Supply Chain operators, logistics managers, transportation, and regional directors.

• Languages: intermediate-advanced English
