What you'll do

The mission of this position will be integrated within the supply chain area and will be to lead strategic planning decisions, separating decision-making from daily execution, while remaining perfectly coordinated with operations.

It will be a key figure to guarantee the optimal supply of the company, basing high-impact decision-making on specialized professional tools.

Among the detailed functions will be:

  • Define and execute the national procurement strategy for assets (CAPEX), consumables (Hardgoods), and palletized transportation.

  • Manage and maintain the demand planning model using our Demand Planning Tool (DPT) to provide coverage for more than 300 warehouses.

  • Analyze consumption trends and seasonality in depth to anticipate demand peaks and make the necessary adjustments to the SKU database.

  • Establish, parameterize, and optimize safety stock levels and reorder points for each reference and network center.

  • Coordinate purchasing needs actively with suppliers, in collaboration with those responsible for Supply Chain and Procurement.

  • Carry out continuous analysis of consumption per technical warehouse and define precise replenishment plans.

  • Act as a liaison and coordinate with those responsible for production platforms and reconditioning spaces (C&D rooms/workshops) for the correct execution of replenishments.

  • Monitor exhaustively and report any budget deviation in the use of assets and consumables.

  • Manage and coordinate with transport providers the characteristics and requirements of the services rendered.

  • Ensure the correct maintenance and updating of the SKU database, guaranteeing the comprehensive traceability of the master material data in the system.
