Ensia Expert - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician Getafe (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for:

Mission & Objectives

Provide support within a multidisciplinary Ensia team

• Carrying out NDT inspections

• Providing technical support to the Ensia Functional Manager

• Preparing feasibility studies and inspection procedures

• Assistance/support for NDT training

Knowledge and Experience

• Qualified as Level 2 according to EN2/NAS417 in at least one testing method.

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in performing non-destructive testing

• English (Oral and written communication skills. (Will be assessed in interview)

• Availability to travel in Spain and abroad

• Own vehicle

• Knowledge of the applicable technical standards for aeronautical operators and manufacturers (AITM, NTM,...)

• Knowledge of Office and/or Google Workspace

• Knowledge of aeronautical structures and composite materials

Dar soporte dentro de un equipo de trabajo multidisciplinar de Ensia:

• Realización de inspecciones de END

• Dar soporte técnico al Responsable funcional de ENSIA

• Elaboración de estudios de viabilidad y procedimientos de inspección

• Asistencia /soporte a formación de END

Conocimientos y Experiencia

• Cualificación como nivel 2 según EN4179/NAS410 en al menos un método de ensayo.

• Experiencia demostrable realizando ensayos no destructivos de al menos 2 años

• Inglés (Capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita. (Se comprobará en entrevista)

• Disponibilidad para viajar en España y extranjero

• Vehículo propio

• Conocimiento de la normativa técnica aplicable de Operadores y fabricantes aeronáuticos (AITM, NTM,...)

• Conocimiento de Office y/o Google Workspace

• Conocimiento de estructuras aeronáuticas y materiales compuestos
