Requirements

What we're looking for

Training at the FP2 level or equivalent.

Nice to have

Training and courses in fire protection installations desirable (fire hose reel systems, extinguishers, detection/alarm, photoluminescent signage, smoke/heat control and gas suppression).
Refrigeration experience/profile desirable, with a course in the transport and handling of refrigerant gases, as well as knowledge of the installation and maintenance of air conditioning equipment.
Knowledge of iron welding desirable (electric welding with electrode).
Knowledge of plumbing and drainage installation work desirable.

🛠 Position: First-class Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking to add a First-class Facilities Maintenance Technician to the team to work with us on the maintenance of the courthouse buildings in Manresa and El Vendrell.

What you'll do

Preventive and corrective maintenance of the low-voltage installation.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the fire protection installation.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the HVAC installation.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the plumbing and drainage installation.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers.
Conductive maintenance of court facilities (temperature readings, setpoint changes, machinery start-up and shutdown, etc.) to cover and substitute for the operator assigned to the building during their vacation period.
