Plan, organize, and coordinate operational preparation processes, according to the instructions of the Receiving and Preparation Team Lead, with the aim of ensuring that store orders are prepared on time and at optimal cost.

Processes:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the staff under your charge.
• Supervise the correct preparation of store orders using the Pick-by-Voice system and SAP EWM management.
• Ensure proper team preparation and assigned areas prior to conducting inventories at the Distribution Center.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the picking aisle layout.
• Ensure proper handling of inquiries, incidents, and requests from internal company departments related to Preparation operations.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of LEAN initiatives within their area of responsibility. Conduct random checks on the proper execution of standard procedures within their scope of responsibility.
• Identify and promote best operational and process practices.

Leadership

• Develop, support, and motivate the team under their supervision in continuous improvement.
• Lead team meetings (level 1 team boards).
• Design, together with Human Resources and in coordination with the Receiving and Preparation Team Lead, the development plans required for the staff under their supervision.
• Ensure, with Human Resources, the training of new collaborators in the Preparation Department.
• Ensure the proper onboarding of new employees under their supervision.

KPIs / Reporting

• Periodically monitor key performance indicators, according to the objectives of their area of responsibility.
• Propose new work lines based on the evolution of the indicators, to ensure continuous improvement in their department, through their participation in the Level 1 team board.

Regulations and Compliance

• Promote cross-functional and vertical communication within the company.
• Ensure compliance with the established deadlines in those actions that require it.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations on data protection and access to information.
• Validate prior business activities with the employees of the assigned external suppliers.
• Ensure health and safety in their own workplace and in all other workplaces within their area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with established procedures and current regulations on occupational risk prevention.

• Advanced Vocational Training Degree in
• Logistics and Transport or equivalent.
• Intermediate/advanced level in Microsoft Office
• User level SAP Retail / WMS
