Logistics Supervisor - ALDI - San Isidro Logistics Platform (Alicante) - 40 hours per week

Plan, organize and coordinate the operational preparation processes, in accordance with the instructions of the Receiving and Preparation Team Lead, with the aim of ensuring that store orders are prepared on time and in the proper manner, and at the optimal cost.

Processes:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the staff under your responsibility.
• Supervise the correct preparation of store orders, using the Pick-by-Voice system and SAP EWM management.
• Ensure the correct advance preparation of the team and the assigned areas for carrying out the Inventory at the Distribution Center.
• Ensure the correct maintenance of the order-picking aisle layout.
• Ensure proper attention is given to the inquiries, incidents, and requests of the company's internal departments related to preparation operations.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of LEAN initiatives affecting your area of responsibility. Perform random checks on the correct execution of the standard procedures corresponding to your scope of responsibility.
• Identify and promote operational and process best practices.

Leadership

• Develop, support, and motivate the team under your supervision in continuous improvement.
• Lead team meetings (level 1 team boards).
• Design, together with Human Resources and in coordination with the Receiving and Preparation Team Lead, the required development plans for the staff under your supervision.
• Ensure, along with Human Resources, the training of new team members in the Preparation Department.
• Ensure the proper onboarding of new employees reporting to you.

KPIs / Reporting

• Carry out periodic monitoring of key performance indicators, in accordance with the objectives of your area of responsibility.
• Propose new lines of work based on the evolution of the indicators to ensure continuous improvement in your department, through your participation in the Level 1 team panel.

Regulations and compliance

• Promote horizontal and vertical communication within the company.
• Ensure compliance with the deadlines established for those actions that require them.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding data protection and access to information.
• Validate the coordination of previous business activities with assigned external suppliers' employees.
• Ensure safety and health at your work post and at all other posts within your area of responsibility, making sure that the established procedures and current regulations on occupational hazard prevention are complied with.

Planificar, organizar y coordinar los procesos operativos de preparación, de acuerdo con las indicaciones del Team Lead de Recepción y Preparación, con el objetivo de que los pedidos realizados por las tiendas se preparen en tiempo y forma, y con el coste óptimo.

Procesos:

• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar el personal a su cargo.
• Supervisar la correcta preparación de los pedidos de las tiendas, mediante la utilización del sistema Pick-by-Voice y la gestión de SAP EWM.
• Asegurar la correcta preparación previa del equipo, y de las zonas asignadas, para la realización de los Inventarios en el Cetro de Distribucion..
• Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento del layout de los pasillos de picking .
• Asegurar la correcta atención de las consultas, incidencias, y solicitudes de los departamentos internos de la compañíarelacionados con la operativa de Preparación.
• Asegurar la implementación y mantenimiento de las iniciativas LEAN que afectan a su área de responsabilidad. Realizar controles aleatorios sobre la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos estándar correspondientes a su ámbito de responsabilidad.
• Identificar y promover las mejores prácticas operativas y de procesos.

Liderazgo

• Desarrollar, acompañar y motivar al equipo a su cargo en la mejora continua.
• Liderar la realización de reuniones de equipo (paneles de equipo nivel 1).
• Diseñar, junto con Recursos Humanos, y en coordinación con el Team Lead de Recepción y Preparación, los planes de desarrollo requeridos del personal a su cargo.
• Asegurar con Recursos Humanos la formación de nuevos colaboradores del Departamento de Preparación.
• Garantizar la correcta incorporación de los nuevos empleados a su cargo.

KPIs / Reporting

• Realizar el seguimiento periódico de los indicadores clave de rendimiento, de acuerdo con los objetivos de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
• Proponer nuevas lineas de trabajo en función de la evolución de los indicadores, para asegurar la mejora continua en su departamento, a partir de su participación en el panel de equipo de Nivel 1.

Normativa y cumplimiento

• Potenciar la comunicación transversal y vertical de la compañía.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos y acceso a la información.
• Validar la coordinacion de la actividades empresariales previas con los empleados de los proveedores externos asignados.
• Garantizar la seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo y en los demás puestos de su ámbito de responsabilidad, asegurándose de que se cumplan los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
