What you'll do

You will develop your own real estate projects, which will involve the selection of architecture firms, engineering firms, and construction companies, as well as deadline control, monitoring, cost, and quality.
You will coordinate licenses, basic projects, and execution projects.
You will contact city councils and public bodies.
Site monitoring and analysis (planning, certifications, deviations, quality, changes, etc.).
Coordination with the team to communicate project progress.
