What you'll do

Personnel management: selection, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of the sales team and other store employees.
Inventory management: stock control, placing orders, receiving and classifying merchandise, and restocking the store.
Customer service: guaranteeing high-quality service, resolving customer issues, and fostering satisfaction.
Store supervision: ensuring the correct presentation of products in the store, cleanliness and order, and the correct implementation of the merchandising strategy.
Goal monitoring: analysis of store performance indicators and adjustment of strategies to achieve sales goals and other company objectives.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar positions.
