You will work side by side with the Agency Channel Management, leading strategic initiatives, coordinating high-impact projects, and contributing to decision-making that will shape the future evolution of the channel, always with a focus on the business, the network, and results.

Working very closely with the Agency Channel Management, you will have a key role in the definition and implementation of the channel strategy, contributing directly to its growth, transformation, and long-term success.

• Drive the definition and execution of the Agency Channel strategy, aligning it with Allianz's business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and transformation within the channel, turning them into concrete and measurable initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from their conceptualization to their implementation and monitoring.
• Analyze market trends, agency network needs, and commercial dynamics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with different areas of the organization to ensure alignment and the correct execution of strategic initiatives.
• Act as a partner to the Agency Channel Management in identifying priorities and channel development plans.
• Monitor key indicators, results, and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of defined objectives.
• Promote a culture oriented towards results, innovation, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
