Transport Business Line Manager

• University degree.
• Consolidated experience in Transport insurance underwriting and extensive knowledge of the specialized insurance market.
• Previous experience leading teams and managing underwriting professionals.
• Solid technical knowledge in the lines of Cargo, Marine, Recreational craft, Marine Liability, and Aviation.
• Ability to define and implement business strategies oriented towards profitability and sustainable growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
• Analytical skills and results orientation.
• Experience in international corporate environments.
• Participation in transformation, automation, or underwriting process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of portfolio analysis and risk management tools.

• Define and implement the underwriting strategy for the Transport business line, aligned with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead the underwriting for the SME, MidCorp, and LargeCorp segments across the various lines under their responsibility.
• Guarantee technical excellence and the correct application of underwriting policies and criteria.
• Direct and develop the underwriting team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
• Drive market analysis, identifying business opportunities, trends, and emerging risks.
• Manage the Transport portfolio, monitoring profitability, growth, and portfolio quality indicators.
• Coordinate relationships with brokers, strategic clients, and other relevant market stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Risk, Claims, Actuarial, and Commercial areas to ensure integral business management.
• The position will have strategic and technical responsibility over the following lines:
