🔧 What will you do?

You will start your career collaborating on the processes and tools that make our day-to-day possible. You will have the real opportunity to learn and configure Workday from within, one of the most in-demand tools on the market.

• Data management and quality: support for updating and maintaining personnel databases.
• Support in Workday: learning and operational support within the system's internal architecture.
• Issue resolution: investigating the root cause of data or system failures to ensure information flows correctly between systems.
• Process optimization: identifying data gaps to help improve the quality and flow of data in the HR area.

• You are finishing your university studies or have recently graduated.
• You want to develop your career in People & Culture, with a focus on processes and tools.
• You have a high level of English (B2/C1).
• You stand out for your analytical skills, your drive to master Excel, and your affinity for technology.

Comenzarás tu carrera colaborando en los procesos y herramientas que hacen nuestro día a día posible. Tendrás la oportunidad real de aprender y configurar Workday desde dentro, una de las herramientas más cotizadas del mercado.

• Gestión y calidad del dato: soporte en la actualización y mantenimiento de las bases de datos de personal.
• Soporte en Workday: aprendizaje y soporte operativo en la arquitectura interna del sistema.
• Resolución de incidencias: investigación de la causa raíz ante fallos de datos o del sistema para asegurar que la información fluya correctamente entre los sistemas.
• Optimización de procesos: identificación de brechas de información para ayudar a mejorar la calidad y el flujo de datos en el área de HR.

• Estás finalizando tus estudios universitarios o te has graduado recientemente.
• Quieres desarrollar tu carrera en Personas & Cultura, con foco en procesos y herramientas.
• Tienes un nivel de inglés alto (B2/C1).
• Destacas por tu capacidad analítica, curiosidad por dominar Excel y afinidad por la tecnología.
