HR Manager

Location: Madrid, with availability to travel regularly to Barcelona and occasionally to Paris.

Type of contract: Permanent.

Work model: On-site or hybrid, according to internal policy.

Compensation: €42,000 - €47,000 gross per year.

At L35 Architects we are looking to incorporate an HR Manager / Head of Human Resources into our Madrid office to lead and continue developing the HR function within our organization.

L35 is an international architecture, urban planning, and design firm made up of approximately 130 professionals, with offices in 10 countries and locations in Barcelona, Madrid, and Paris.

The selected person will lead the entire HR function, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Directors, while working closely with the directors of the different offices and departments.

This will be a position with a clear cross-functional scope and an active role in the organization's evolution.

Main areas of responsibility

· Personnel management and administration.

· Talent selection and attraction.

· Workforce planning and organization.

· Compensation, benefits, and personnel costs.

· Training and professional development.

· Performance evaluation.

· Internal culture and communication.

· Change management.

· Labor relations and regulatory compliance.

· Human Resources indicators and reporting.
