ACCIONA, in its Infrastructure division, needs to bring in a trainee for the Human Resources scholarship (People Analytics) at its Madrid Campus.

What you'll do

Mission: To support the Infrastructure HR team by collaborating on people data analysis, managing strategic groups such as Project Leaders, and providing support in cross-functional Human Resources processes, contributing to decision-making and the development of initiatives in the area within a global environment.

Functions:

Data analysis & People Analytics

- Prepare and analyze HR indicator reports for the Infrastructure area on a global level.

- Collect, structure, clean, and process people data from different systems (Workday and other internal tools).

- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

- Support initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and visualization.

Management of strategic groups (Project Leaders)

- Maintain and update information on the Project Leaders group, ensuring data quality and reliability.

- Prepare presentations and monitoring reports for internal forums.

- Support the management and organization of associated documentation and files.

- Collaborate on monitoring and analyzing key information for the group.

- Provide support in managing specific training initiatives for the group.

Participation in cross-functional Human Resources processes

- Support the preparation and monitoring of HR reporting related to talent processes (international assignments, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organization, etc.).

- Exposure to cross-functional Human Resources processes on a global level, working alongside the HR Business Partner.

What we're looking for

Education

- In the final year of a bachelor's degree or eligible master's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Labor Relations, or Psychology. Or similar qualifications with an analytical component.

- Additional training in data analysis, Business Analytics, or People Analytics will be valued.

- Advanced level of Excel.

- Knowledge of Power BI (valued)

Languages

- English: Advanced level (C1)

- Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
