What is the challenge?

What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

  • Participate in the Recruiting strategy, based on reports, tracking process KPIs, market research, and creating Talent Maps to identify the target profiles for the Corporate Areas business.
  • Manage the process of searching for and attracting professionals (posting job openings on different job portals, as well as direct search, resume screening, phone interviews, assessment activities, competency-based interviews) from business profiles to technology.
  • Face-to-face competency-based interviews with identified candidates.
  • To build a candidate network, providing feedback on the process and maintaining ongoing contact and relationships.
