Driving Staff in Ibiza (High Season)

What will your day-to-day look like?

Are you looking for economic stability, a dynamic work environment, and living on one of the most iconic islands in the Mediterranean? At our leading transport company in Ibiza, we are looking for professional drivers for urban and interurban services.

What do we expect from you?

• Must hold and have in force: D licence, passenger CAP and tachograph card.

• Points: must have a minimum of 10 points on your driving licence.

• Residence in Ibiza will be valued.

What do we offer?

• Workplace: Ibiza (Sant Josep de Sa Talaia).

• Type of contract: Permanent seasonal contract until 30/10/2026.

• Working day: Full-time.

• Schedule and days off: We are looking for flexible drivers for an essential service on the island. Rotating morning, afternoon, night and/or split shifts. Days off system of 5/2 or 6/1.

• Salary: We know you value transparency. That is why we offer you an approximate gross monthly income of €3,050 (including variable pay and extra payments).

• Accommodation: If you do not reside in Ibiza, we will provide shared accommodation on the island, where you will assume part of the rent cost plus expenses.

• Initial training: You will be able to learn with the best team of professionals; we have training staff who will accompany you at the start and provide ongoing training throughout your professional career.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Jornada laboral: Completa.

• Horario y libranzas: Buscamos conductores flexibles para un servicio esencial en la isla. Turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde, noche y/o partido. Sistema de libranzas 5/2 o 6/1.

• Salario: Sabemos que valoras la transparencia. Por eso, te ofrecemos un ingreso mensual bruto aprox. de 3.050 € (incluido variables y pagas extras).

• Alojamiento: Si no resides en Ibiza, facilitaremos alojamiento compartido en la isla, donde asumirás parte del coste del alquiler + gastos.
