Learning and Development Specialist

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will join the talent area to collaborate on training and development initiatives.

• Support the coordination and execution of training programs, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and evaluation of training actions.
• Prepare reports and data analysis for the talent area, producing reports and dashboards to track indicators.
• Collaborate on projects and initiatives in the talent area, contributing to the preparation of materials, information analysis and monitoring of initiatives.

• Education in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
• 2/3 years of experience in training.
• Very advanced English level (C1).
• Proficiency in Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or similar.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning is highly valued.

¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?

Te incorporarás al área de talento para colaborar en iniciativas de formación y desarrollo.

• Apoyar la coordinación y ejecución de programas de formación, incluyendo planificación, convocatorias, seguimiento y evaluación de las acciones formativas.
• Elaborar reportes y análisis de datos del área de talento, preparando informes y dashboards para el seguimiento de indicadores.
• Colaborar en proyectos e iniciativas del área de talento, contribuyendo a la preparación de materiales, análisis de información y seguimiento de las iniciativas.

• Formación en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, ADE o similar.
• Experiencia de 2/3 años en formación.
• Nivel de inglés muy avanzado (C1).
• Manejo de Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone o similares.

• Muy valorable conocimiento en LinkedIn Learning.
