About the role

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will join the talent area to collaborate on training and development initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Support the coordination and execution of training programs, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and evaluation of training actions.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis for the talent area, producing reports and dashboards to track indicators.
  • Collaborate on projects and initiatives in the talent area, contributing to the preparation of materials, information analysis and monitoring of initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Education in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • 2/3 years of experience in training.
  • Very advanced English level (C1).
  • Proficiency in Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or similar.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning is highly valued.
