Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.
Interpretation of electrical schematics and associated technical documentation
Definition and validation of electrical assembly/disassembly operations in modification processes
Preparation of industrial deliverables associated with electrical activities
Standardization of processes
Notify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.
Develop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activities
Management of main KPIs.
Improvement in the efficiency of the processes
Work with the production department to make decissions based on the data analysis.
