Preventive-Corrective Railway Maintenance Worker - ATEINSA

- Participate in the correct execution of maintenance work that ATEINSA carries out in the maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with the quality indices and requirements of the service established both by the Management and in the maintenance plans.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock.

- Execution of the planned preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan and ensuring the correct use of the existing industrial documentation.
- Resolution of incidents detected during the maintenance of railway vehicles.
- Completion of the necessary records to evidence preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns carried out according to the company's procedure.
- Repair of faults and review and adjustment of units.
- Performance of protocols, tests on electromechanical components.
- Analysis and diagnosis of faults.
- Maintenance of order and adequate cleanliness at the workplace.
- Request and collection from the warehouse of the material necessary for maintenance operations, complying with the defined procedures.
- Correct use of individual and collective machinery, as well as the equipment of the workshop installations (such as lifting platforms, track lines and trolleys).
- Performance of protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components.
- Collaboration in the execution of modification campaigns and follow-ups on the rolling stock of the workshop.
- Collaboration in continuous improvement.
- Notification to their hierarchical superior of incidents/near-accidents that affect Railway Safety.
- Compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Regulations.

- Higher Intermediate Vocational Training or equivalent in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propelled vehicles or similar
- Compulsory Secondary Education, if with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in railway maintenance
- Languages: Fluent Spanish

Mandatory: 6 months of experience in a similar position in railway maintenance

- Intermediate Vocational Training in Maintenance of Railway Rolling Stock
- Technical knowledge of railway regulations
- Certification for the operation of lifting platforms
- Certification for working at height
- Certification for the operation of overhead cranes
- Certification for the operation of hoists
- Certification for train movement (jockey)
- Certification for the handling of fluorinated gases
- Certification on electrical risks

Valuable: experience in maintenance of Air Conditioning and Pneumatics

Operario(a) de Mantenimiento Ferroviario - ATEINSA

- Participar en la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento que ATEINSA realiza en los talleres de mantenimiento, garantizando el cumplimiento de los índices y requisitos de calidad del servicio establecidos tanto por la Dirección, como en los planes de mantenimiento.
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del material ferroviario.

- Ejecución de las tareas preventivas y correctivas planificadas conforme el Plan de Mantenimiento y asegurando la correcta utilización de la documentación industrial existente.
- Resolución de incidencias detectadas en el transcurso del mantenimiento de los vehículos ferroviarios.
- Cumplimentación de los registros necesarios para evidenciar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo y campañas realizadas según el procedimiento de la empresa.
- Reparación de averías y revisión y puesta a punto de las unidades.
- Realización de protocolos, pruebas en componentes electromecánicos.
- Análisis y diagnóstico de averías.
- Manutención del orden y de la limpieza adecuados en el puesto de trabajo.
- Solicitud y recogida en el almacén del material necesario para las operaciones de mantenimiento, cumpliendo los procedimientos definidos.
- Realización de una correcta utilización de la maquinaria individual y colectiva, así como los equipos de las instalaciones del taller (como cestas elevadoras, líneas de vía y carretillas).
- Realización de protocolos y/o pruebas en componentes electromecánicos.
- Colaboración en la ejecución de campañas de modificación y seguimientos en el material rodante del taller.
- Colaboración en la mejora continua.
- Notificación a su superior jerárquico(a) de incidencias/casi-accidentes que afecten a la Seguridad Ferroviaria.
- Cumplimiento de las Normativas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud Laboral.

- Formación Superior de Grado Medio o Módulo Superior Equivalente en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica, automoción/vehículos propulsados o similar
- Escuela Secundaria Obligatoria, si con una experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar en mantenimiento ferroviario
- Idiomas: Castellano fluido

Obligatoria: 6 meses de experiencia en un puesto similar en mantenimiento ferroviario

- Formación Profesional de Grado Medio en Mantenimiento de Material Rodante Ferroviario
- Conocimientos técnicos de normativas ferroviarias
- Certificación para el manejo de plataformas elevadoras
- Certificación para el trabajo en altura
- Certificación para el manejo de puentes-grúa
- Certificación para el manejo de polipastos
- Certificación para el movimiento de trenes (jockey)
- Certificación para la manipulación de gases fluorados
- Certificación sobre los riesgos eléctricos

Valorable: experiencia en mantenimiento de Climatización y Neumática
