Job offer: HVAC and plumbing specialist

An organization dedicated to the education sector, located in Madrid, is looking to add an HVAC and plumbing specialist to its team to cover a temporary leave of absence.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of HVAC and plumbing installations, as well as addressing the daily technical needs that arise in the educational environment. This position is key to ensuring that the facilities are in optimal condition for the organization's activities.

Perform corrective maintenance by addressing incidents and requests to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
Review the building management system (BMS) and production equipment on a daily basis.
Supervise the condition of the domestic water pressure booster sets, irrigation systems, wastewater treatment plant, and greywater station.
Coordinate with suppliers for tank filling, ensuring equipment is stopped and restarted after filling.
Supervise the work of external contractors related to sewer cleaning, drain maintenance, and similar tasks.
Support internal works by preparing existing installations to prevent affected areas from interfering with daily activities.
Carry out inspections and replacements in restrooms and changing rooms to keep the facilities in good condition.
Perform administrative tasks related to the position and make small purchases of necessary materials.
Ensure the safety and proper operation of HVAC and plumbing systems in the educational environment.
Provide technical support in emergency situations or urgent needs.
Collaborate in optimizing the energy resources of the facilities.

How you'll work

- Contract type: Temporary, to cover a leave of absence.

- Working day: Full-time, with a total of 37.5 hours per week.

- Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 12:00 to 19:30.

Salary: 27,000
