Requirements
What we're looking for
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in operational cybersecurity, preferably in vulnerability management. Profiles with 3 years or more will be valued.
• Technical foundation in Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and the vulnerability management lifecycle: CVE, CVSS, prioritization, and remediation.
• Knowledge of Azure and experience with at least one vulnerability analysis tool, such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.
• Spanish and English at B2/C1 level, with sufficient English to work daily with European teams.
• Ability to lead meetings, defend priorities before technical teams, work autonomously, and adapt to an international environment.

• Experience with a CSPM or CNAPP tool, such as Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, or Wiz.

What you'll do
• Analyze the results of internal vulnerability scans on local and cloud servers.
• Prioritize and qualify findings according to CVE, CVSS, exposure, asset criticality, and possible false positives.
• Define action plans with IT teams and follow up on remediation through meetings, reminders, and escalations.
• Manage the backlog of non-conformities and misconfigurations detected by Prisma Cloud in Azure environments and, as a plus, GCP.
• Explain to teams what they need to correct, accompany the resolution, and monitor the compliance level of the cloud perimeter.
• Update and present indicators in the existing Power BI dashboard.
• Prepare presentations for committees and lead meetings with European IT teams.
• Handle cybersecurity-related tickets and incidents, approximately 20% of the time.
