What you'll do
As Biomass Plant Site Manager, you will be the primary person responsible for the organization and coordination of worksite activities, ensuring compliance with the project's schedule, cost, quality, and HSE objectives. You will lead the field supervision team, act as the point of contact for the client and subcontractors, and ensure that the plant construction is executed according to established technical and safety standards.

- Lead the site supervision team at the biomass plant.
- Be the visible face to the Client on-site, managing daily communication.
- Coordinate the relationship with subcontractors and third parties on-site, ensuring execution is aligned with the project.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans throughout the entire construction phase.
- Be responsible for site progress reports, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective measures with planning and costs.
- Request and coordinate with Project Management the necessary resources, supervising the daily work of internal teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate the receipt of engineering documentation necessary for construction.
- Ensure the availability of materials and equipment, establishing priorities according to site needs.
- Approve monthly site certifications for subcontractors.
