• +4 years of experience in software development and cloud solutions.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The person hired will have a dual objective:

• Drive the automation and optimization of internal processes through AI-based solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy products, services, and technological accelerators oriented toward B2B clients.

This is a role that is both strategic and operational, with a strong orientation toward technical execution, rapid prototyping, and building solutions brought to production.

• Analyze internal processes and detect automation opportunities in areas such as PMO, Business, Administration and Finance, People, and other corporate areas.

• Design and implement AI solutions oriented toward improving operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Optimize reporting processes, project tracking, and information management within the organization.

• Design and implement intelligent assistants, advanced search systems, and corporate knowledge bases based on RAG architectures.

• Create specialized agents and automation flows that integrate different tools and information sources.

• Ensure good practices in governance, security, access control, and protection of corporate information.

• Design and develop Artificial Intelligence-based solutions and services for B2B clients.

• Participate in discovery initiatives, functional validation, and technical definition of new opportunities.

• Build MVPs and proofs of concept to validate use cases and accelerate the adoption of solutions.

• Evolve and improve existing AI-based tools, including solutions related to GxP projects.

• Define technical standards, reference architectures, and best practices to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.

• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and observability mechanisms for LLM-based solutions.

SCHEDULE 🕘:
