Requirements

What we're looking for

Valid Class C driving license and CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence).
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years driving heavy rigid vehicles.
Residence in Colmenar Viejo or neighboring municipalities in the North Zone (Tres Cantos, Soto del Real, San Agustín del Guadalix, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, etc.) and own vehicle to travel to the base.
Good knowledge of the streets and routes of the Community of Madrid (especially the North Zone) and basic notions of mechanics.
Customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and high stress tolerance.

At Ananda Trabajo, we are selecting Roadside Assistance Crane Operator Drivers for an important client company in the transport and roadside assistance sector located at their base in Colmenar Viejo, providing coverage to municipalities in the area (Tres Cantos, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Soto del Real, San Agustín del Guadalix, etc.).

What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Your daily tasks will include

Driving and handling platform and tow trucks for the recovery of broken-down or accidented vehicles.
Loading, lashing, transport, and safe unloading operations of vehicles to the base or destination workshop.
Direct assistance to users on the road, providing professional, polite, and empathetic treatment in incident situations.
Minor on-site mechanical assistance (jump starts, wheel changes, etc.) whenever viable. Continuous communication with the operations center and use of a mobile app/PDA for reporting work reports to insurance companies.
