On this occasion, from Ananda ETT Salamanca, we are looking to recruit an Accounting Administrative Manager (m/f) for a company located in the Polígono de Villares de la Reina (Salamanca). PROFILES WITH EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING FIRMS AND/OR SIMILAR ARE ESSENTIAL
The company currently has administrative staff and is looking to recruit an experienced person who can progressively take over administrative, accounting, and tax management.
Management and supervision of the company's accounting.
Organization, review, and control of accounting and administrative documentation.
Invoicing, collections, and payments.
Bank reconciliations.
Review of balances and current accounts.
Preparation and monitoring of tax obligations.
Preparation and review of periodic and annual accounts.
Preparation of the documentation corresponding to the annual accounts.
Management and control of the company's administrative documentation.
Coordination with the administrative person who is currently part of the staff.
Progressively assuming the functions currently performed by the external accounting firm.
Relationship and coordination with organizations, suppliers, clients, and other interlocutors.
Handling and management of information through Odoo.
