The role

A company in the poultry sector is looking for an Accounting Administrator to work in Picassent and perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- All management with the collections insurance company and its follow-up.

- Recording and verification of the accounting.

- Forecasting of collections and payments as well as support to management in their management.

- Payments to suppliers and payroll.

- Updating reports required by management, as well as preparation of documentation required by banks.

- Sending and requesting bank authorization for the discounting of promissory notes.

- Personnel management with the labor consultant, notifying them of registrations/terminations and vacation control.

- Reception, attention, and follow-up, together with the tax consultancy, of electronic notifications received from the various administrations.

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual taxes. SII submission.

- Periodic review of the balance sheet with the tax consultant and year-end closing.

- Preparing the annual Audit together with the auditor.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
