Requirements to join our team: We are looking for a professional with solid training and experience, but above all, with a proactive attitude and a genuine vocation for service.

• Academic Training: A degree related to Physical Activity and Sport is required, such as TAFAD/TSEAS, CAFYD, or a similar university degree.
• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in conducting guided activities and/or personal training. We value experience in exclusive or high-level environments.
• Passion for Sport and Well-being: A deep passion for sport, health, and people's well-being is essential. You must be able to convey this passion to our members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Ability to listen actively, empathize, and connect with people of diverse profiles.
• Customer Orientation: A firm commitment to customer satisfaction and the creation of positive and personalized experiences.
• Motivational Capacity: Ability to motivate, inspire, and accompany members on their path toward improving their health and fitness, adapting your approach to individual needs.

Your Main Responsibilities: As an ARTIEM Club Asturias Instructor, you will be the main driver of a healthy, motivating, and professional environment. Your duties will include:

• Direction of Sporting Activities: Designing, planning, and conducting a variety of sporting activities adapted to the needs and goals of our members. This may range from group classes to functional training and outdoor activities.
• Personalized Support: Guiding and motivating members in achieving their health and fitness goals, offering individualized advice and close follow-up.
