The role

Asisa is selecting a Sales Promotion Manager to join the commercial team in Vigo and develop the agency channel.

What you'll do

Acquisition and monitoring of agents, according to the objectives established for the channel.

Communicate the commercial budget and profitability established by the Commercial Management to their sales network.

Supervise the work plans to achieve the objectives.

Coordinate and supervise the commercial campaigns defined in the Marketing Plan and monitor them.

Monitor the productivity of their sales network, as well as plan the action plans to achieve the objectives.

Adapt and acquire their sales network to maintain sizing and quality levels.

Identify the training needs of their sales network.
