CAMO / MRO Engineer

Requirements 🧩

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in CAMO or MRO environments.
• Experience in maintenance planning and coordination with production to manage a helicopter/aircraft fleet.
• B2 English level or higher.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your mission 🚁

You will be part of a highly qualified technical team, leading and supervising maintenance activities to guarantee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Support for cross-functional production engineering activities.
• Lead work orders, instructions, and/or work packages (customized and including applicable tasks, SB, AD, etc.) to the workshop, with the required quality level, according to customer needs.
• Prepare and update the master list of SB (Service Bulletins), AD (Airworthiness Directives) for helicopters and components, and study and analyze them for implementation in work packages.
• Continued airworthiness control of the helicopter fleet.
• Follow all work processes in coordination with Workshop and Production managers, until the delivery of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards and procedures (internal and external).
• Coordination with the production team, responsible for task scheduling.
• Supervise and update technical work records (internal and external documents, including the CAMO management tool).
• Supply all necessary documentation to the Quality Department for DAAV, CoC.
